Anglican International Development - South Sudan

We have recently received a report from Anglican International Development on the two clinics in South Sudan which the trust helped fund last year – the Tar Agok Clinic in Bor and the Rokon Clinic.

Projects Manager Charis Marshall writes:

We are truly grateful to the St Lazarus Trust for the grant we received in January 2026, which has enabled the Tar Agok and Rokon Clinics in South Sudan to provide lifesaving care to vulnerable South Sudanese families. When we applied last autumn, the situation looked desperate - the need at both clinics was great, there were no medicines or staff salaries at the Rokon Clinic whatsoever and we thought we would be unable to help. The St Lazarus Trust’s grant came at a critical time for both clinics and was a huge encouragement to AID’s small staff team.
